In the heart of Les Halles, a new spot dedicated to fried chicken is preparing to shake up the habits of Parisians who leave the office like shopping trips. A winner will very soon deploy his street food universe, between large portions and well-designed sauces. And this time, the suburbs will no longer be the only ones to benefit.
On June 25, 2026, Place des Innocents, the third Chik’Chill Paris will open, the first large intramural address imagined with chef Mohamed Cheikh, winner of 2021. With 350 m², including 80 m² of covered terrace, this flagship becomes the Parisian showcase of the chicken burger brand, in one of the liveliest districts of the capital.
From Créteil to Les Halles: Chik’Chill Paris as a new key stage
The adventure began in Créteil Soleil, then continued at Westfield Vélizy 2, where Chik’Chill opened its first franchise around its 100% French fried chicken. The Les Halles address marks a third symbolic step: the concept of French Fried Chicken is established in the center of Paris, a stone’s throw from the Forum and the Châtelet streets.
In this story, Mohamed Cheikh draws on his Mediterranean, popular and very street food universe, already deployed at Manzili and Meïda in Paris or Meatpack in Rosny-sous-Bois. He signed Chik’Chill with Bertrand Franchise, the platform which brings together eleven brands (Au Bureau, Hippopotamus, Léon, Volfoni, Le Paradis du Fruit, Hanoï Cà Phê, Pitaya, Burger King, etc.) and more than 1,200 restaurants, for 3 billion euros in sales under the brand and an ambition of 150 openings per year.
A bright and immersive Chik’Chill Paris flagship store at Place des Innocents
With this third address, Chik’Chill adopts new visual codes: a bright, modern, immersive decor, designed as a real place to live. The 350 m² space, completed by 80 m² of covered terrace, aims to welcome both street food lovers and fans of the chef who are looking for a friendly table before a cinema screening or a night out at Les Halles.
The experience is intended to be direct, warm and uninhibited, between fast food and restaurant. We stay in a “chill”, relaxed universe, where we come as much to relax as to eat on the go, with attention paid to the quality of the products and the work around French chicken.
100% French fried chicken, Boneless and signature sauces on the menu
At the heart of the concept, we find 100% French fried chicken, worked in XXL fillets and surrounded by even crispier, more golden, more delicious breading than in the first addresses. The classic tenders give way to “Boneless”, pieces made from real fillets cut, boned then breaded, supposed to reinforce the house identity around a generous and worked chicken.
The sauce remains the great signature of Chik’Chill, designed as the common thread of the experience. Inspired by the travels, memories and culinary journey of Mohamed Cheikh, they are available in well-marked recipes:
- Panama Pepper
- Smoked Barbecue
- Chipotle
- Sweet Mustard
- Jamaican Jerk
- Mayo Momo
Almost a year ago, to launch Chik’Chill, the chef met Americans in the middle of Times Square with the promise of creating a world of sauces with memorable tastes around quality chicken. As he sums it up himself: explains Mohamed Cheikh, quoted by Westfield.
