Camille Delcroix in The Best Bakery in France
For this 14th edition, the production has undergone significant changes. The show, launched in 2013, keeps its tour de France of artisans but changes its face. After the departure of the baker Bruno Cormerais, an extended jury appeared, now including Camille Delcroix.
The principle is simple: part of the jury travels through the bakeries, another focuses on the daily challenge on set. On the ground, the artisans will see Noémie Honiat, Nina Métayer, Chiara Serpaggi, Brian Boclet and Christophe Renou arrive. For the challenge, they will be joined by Camille Delcroix, Michel Sarran and Danny Khezzar.
A new jury for The Best Bakery in France
Around Camille Delcroix, the channel brings together several complementary profiles. Nina Métayer, elected Best Pastry Chef in the World 2023, the baker Brian Boclet, European champion, and the Meilleur Ouvrier de France pastry chef-confectioner 2015 Christophe Renou provide technical expertise. Alongside them remain already known faces like Noémie Honiat and Michel Sarran.
This rotating jury system must increase the number of glances. The candidates will sometimes come face to face with professional bakers, sometimes with cooks like Camille Delcroix, attentive to tasting in a real situation. For the public, this promises more varied episodes, with different comments and sensitivities depending on the combinations of jurors.
