We already knew about keratin masks and oil baths. But PDRN in hair care, that’s a bit of a change! Medicube has combined it with 31 proteins and amino acids in a formula intended to improve the resistance of damaged hair. Rough ends that finally find softness
Another promise that tempts you: up to 48 hours of softness. We are therefore talking about a mask which does not just facilitate detangling for five minutes. The formula contains hydrolyzed proteins, ceramides and conditioning ingredients that help smooth the surface of the hair. A particularly interesting combination for lengths sensitized by coloring, bleaching or heating appliances.
Be careful, however: even the best hair mask in the world cannot permanently repair a split end. On the other hand, it can improve its appearance, make styling easier and reduce mechanical damage.
A few minutes of application to find more flexible lengths
Good news for those who don’t want to spend an hour in the bathroom: Medicube recommends leaving your treatment to act for three to five minutes for a more intensive treatment. After shampooing, gently dry the hair before distributing the mask over the lengths and ends. No need to saturate the roots if they tend to regrease quickly. On very damaged hair, the brand recommends regular use according to their needs. And to maintain pretty lengths, we also remember to limit the heat and detangle without pulling (a detail that makes a big difference).
Can PDRN Really Repair Damaged Hair?
PDRN is now present in some Korean hair formulas. Medicube combines it here with proteins and conditioning agents. This combination aims to improve the strength and softness of the hair. It can also help limit breakage. On the other hand, no mask can biologically regenerate an already broken fiber.
How often should you use the Medicube Rosemary PDRN mask?
The brand recommends two to three uses per week on dry or damaged hair, depending on its needs. The treatment is applied after shampooing. Particular emphasis is placed on sensitized areas. Fine hair can start with a small amount to avoid weighing it down. Then simply adapt the frequency according to the result.
How to get softer hair after summer?
We start by spacing out very hot blow-drys and using suitable thermal protection. A conditioner makes detangling easier after each wash. A nourishing hair mask completes the care when the lengths are particularly dry. We also avoid rubbing the hair with a classic towel. Finally, cutting very split ends allows you to start with cleaner lengths.
