
In Colmar, summer 2026 will look like a great wine and food fair. The 2026 Alsace Wine Fair promises ten days where glasses, plates and concert scenes follow one another without downtime, in the very popular atmosphere of the Parc Expo.
From Friday July 31 to Sunday August 9, 2026, the 77th edition will bring together nearly 360 exhibitors and more than 1,500 Alsace wine references, with daily opening from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. The Outdoor and Leisure Area will close at 9:30 p.m., while the Agricultural Park will welcome the public from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m., with an early opening at 11 a.m. on July 31 and Sundays.
Alsace Wine Fair 2026 in Colmar: dates, concerts and atmosphere
A true showcase of the vineyard, the Fair will combine wine-growing traditions, culinary pleasures and the energy of a major summer festival. On the stage side, the Théâtre de Plein Air will host a series of headliners: Bigflo & Oli with Miki on July 31, Niska with KeBlack on August 1, then Kool & The Gang with UB40 on August 2.
The programming will continue with Christophe Maé and Claudio Capéo on August 3, GIMS on August 4, Charlotte Cardin and Asaf Avidan on August 5, Mika and Luiza on August 6, the tribute God Save The Queen on August 7, Jarry and the Nuit Blanche on August 8, before the evening La FAV Déraille! #3 on August 9. Four refreshment and snack points will be available within the Open Air Theater for ticket holders.
Alsace wines, Wine Bar and Afterwine at the heart of the FAV 2026
In the Halle aux Vins, the Alsace Wine Bar will remain the beating heart of the event. Large Houses, Young Cooperator Winegrowers and Independent Winegrowers will present luminous whites, elegant Pinot Noirs, fine bubbles and Crémants d’Alsace, with the common thread celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Crémant d’Alsace Appellation.
The Afterwine will offer commented tastings of 8 to 10 wines, at a price of $26 per person, including fair entry, with only 30 places per session by reservation. On August 1, Thierry Fritsch will lead a journey through old vintages, before an Alsace – Italy food and wine pairing with Emmanuel Nasti on August 5. On August 7, Thierry Fritsch will return to break preconceived ideas about Alsace wines, then Caroline Furstoss will orchestrate a food and wine pairing around five astonishing wines on August 8.
Restaurants, France BBQ Masters and Parc Agricole: the gourmet festival
As for seated dining, the Fair will highlight various addresses, from the farm-inn cuisine of La Marcairie to the Brasserie l’Elsass, including the organic meats of La Ferme Albrecht or the grilled meats of the Grill by AZ Réceptions. The Barbershop Restaurant by Nicolas Rieffel will play the American-Alsatian menu from the 50s/60s, while the Restaurant de la Foire will offer an all-you-can-eat buffet for $27, featuring Alsatian specialties and summer salads. More than 25 on-the-go food outlets will complete the offering, from pretzels to tartes flambées, corndogs, Vietnamese cuisine, oysters, Liège waffles, pancakes, churros, artisanal ice creams, granitas and cotton candy.
Among the highlights, the France BBQ Masters™ national competition will be held from July 31 to August 3 around four categories – Beef, Lamb and Pork, Poultry and Free Category – with qualification for the international final in Las Vegas in 2027. On August 4, the Halle aux Vins will host the Cook Show *The Best of Alsace* and the Best Kougelhopf du Haut-Rhin Competition. At the Agricultural Park, award-winning products at the General Agricultural Competition, Race Vosgienne, bottling demonstrations and daily activities will immerse visitors in the Alsatian region.
