Located at 13 rue François Sibilli, a stone’s throw from Place des Lices, the renovated boutique feels like a chic holiday home. We pass from the ready-to-wear salons to the garden, where the tables slide between olive and lemon trees.
Outdoor furniture by Hervé Baume features rattan, canework and summer stripes in a very natural palette. Under the cream parasols, Monsieur Dior Saint-Tropez appears like an open-air lounge, while the Café Dior lines up light benches for breakfast, ice creams and couture pastries.
Mauro Colagreco, micro-seasonality at the service of Dior
In the kitchen, Italian-Argentinian chef Mauro Colagreco brings his experience from Mirazur, a three-star restaurant in Menton crowned best restaurant in the world in 2019. Defender of garden cuisine, he obtained Plastic Free certification for Mirazur in 2020.
Its collaboration with Dior began in 2024 in Bangkok, within the Dior Gold House concept. In Saint-Tropez, he creates a very local menu, guided by the micro-seasonality of the products and by the cycles of the moon, available in tasting menus and .
