At 67, boulevard du Docteur Jules Pouget, in Touquet, a panel intrigues passers -by. We read the mention of a building permit granted for the extension and renovation of a red brick house. The beneficiary? SCI Bremselati, registered at 16 avenue Saint-Jean, the address of Villa Monéjan, owned by Brigitte Macron.
According to François-Xavier Sister, wealth management advisor, “an SCI can accommodate several real estate and can therefore be registered with an address different from that of accommodation that we come to acquire”. The architect in charge of the project did not respond to the requests to detail the magnitude of the work.
A sea view villa but not totally discreet
According to several sources, the transaction was concluded without real estate agency. At the beginning of 2025, Nathalie Forest, of the agency Le Touquet Sotheby’s, entrusted to Figaro : “Crossing noises that they bought a villa in front of the sea but we have no confirmation”. She then added: “Their only motivation is to be quieter than in the city center, to have something more discreet”.
The newly acquired villa confirms rumors: it overlooks the sea, but also in a parking lot, a stone’s throw from rue Saint-Jean, the main shopping artery in Touquet. A location that questions, far from the idea of withdrawal in all intimacy.
There remains the question of the Monejan villa. Its sale was not made, despite the persistent noises. Stéphane Desquartiers, author of Survival manual in the real estate jungleadvances a hypothesis: “We can assume that the SCI was registered at the address of the Villa Monéjan while waiting for them to sell it. On the other hand, if they sell it, they will have to change the address of their SCI ”. Another possibility, the Villa Monejan could be transferred to the SCI Bremselati to simplify its transmission.
