
Some mornings, just a mirror and a jeans button that tightens a little too much to want to change things. Me, it was this morning that I decided to try this detox juice that everyone seemed to exchange under the coat. Three ingredients, no sugar added, and a promise: burning the fat gently, but surely.
How to prepare this detox juice burnt at home?
Above all, you need a little patience. Nothing dramatic, ten short minutes, while the chia seeds do their work. Here is how to proceed, step by step:

Soak the chia seeds in a bowl of water for 10 minutes to swell.

Pour the swollen seeds into a blender.

Add a whole limewith its pulp but without the seeds.

Add a green applepreferably organic and with the skin.

Complete with half a glass of water to facilitate mixing.

Mix until you get a homogeneous texture.
The result is dense, slightly gelatinous because of the chia, but refreshing thanks to lemon and apple. And above all, this juice holds permanently without exploding the glycemic index.
Why does this mixture really active fat combustion?
What makes this juice interesting is not just its freshness. It’s the Synergy (natural) of its components:

Limerich in citric acid, helps stimulate bile and therefore digestion of fats.

The green apple provides fibers and pectin, which reduce the absorption of sugars in the intestine.
