On September 12, 2026, the Domaine de la Galinière in Châteauneuf-le-Rouge will become the stage for ICØNIC EXPERIENCE, the gastronomic festival imagined by Matthieu Dupuis-Baumal. After the Château de la Gaude Gastronomy Festival, the chef is pushing further the idea of bringing his peers together around a format combining gastronomy, fashion, music, design and art of living. At 10:30 p.m., the Rosyne house will offer a fashion show, followed by the opening of the sweet spaces around 10:45 p.m., while an internationally renowned musical artist is announced, still kept secret.
Fifteen chefs and pastry chefs for a moving gastronomic journey
Around Matthieu Dupuis-Baumal, around fifteen chefs and pastry chefs will compose the poster for this first edition. Among the names already revealed are Fabien Ferré, Christophe Roure, Sébastien Faramond, Ricki Weston, Claire Heitzler, François Daubinet, Jean-Christophe Vitte, Kevin Vernet, Giovanni Facchinetti, Mickaël Martinez, Abdou Dramé, Alexis Cornu and Kenshi Ryota. Everyone will sign creations designed to be enjoyed standing up, in small portions, in a logic of successive discoveries. The host chef himself will be at the heart of the evening with a culinary performance accompanied by a DJ.
