A bright Italian menu, between classics and creations by Simone Zanoni
In the kitchen, the chef creates a bright menu based around carefully sourced seasonal products: fresh pasta, fish crudos, grilled meats and sun-kissed vegetables. Milanese escalope, tortellini carbonara, braised veal agnolotti or risotto vongole sit alongside focaccia and pizzas. On each table, a small pot of mustard and acacia honey, a personal touch from the chef, accompanies the dishes.
Some plates are designed for the address, such as the tagliolini caviar and champagne, already announced as future bestsellers. Other signatures have everything to seduce: arancini with spicy tuna, tomato soup with burrata, Caesar salad with crispy artichokes or papardelle with vegan ragù, according to the chef. For a first dinner, many rely on this trio:
- tagliolini caviar and champagne,
- tiramisu and pistachio semifreddo,
- Bellini Reale with homemade white peach and champagne.
Atmosphere, service and DNA: prepare for your break at Monte-Carlo Beach
