The Parisian gastronomic season promises to be even busier this year. In the midst of openings, award ceremonies and festivals, a new meeting aims to bring together in the same place starred chefs, committed producers and artisans of taste around a clear common thread: the product and its origin. Two days where we will talk about climate, know-how, restaurant models and the future of terroirs.
Behind this event, the Rendez-vous des Terroirs, we find the Le Tour des Terroirs association, already known for its meetings across the four corners of France. On September 13 and 14, 2026, it will move to Paris 2026, at La Grande Menuiserie, with nearly 3,000 professionals expected, more than 70 producers and craftsmen and 1,500 m² of experiences. And there, the ambition goes far beyond the simple trade show.
Rendez-vous des Terroirs Paris 2026, a new highlight for the food industry
Created in 2017, Le Tour des Terroirs has nearly 850 members and more than 110 events organized. The association built its network by bringing farmers, artisans, restaurateurs and distribution players face to face. With this first Parisian edition, it concentrates all this work in a two-day format designed for the food industry.
The will be held at La Grande Menuiserie, 66 rue Saint-Dominique, in the 7th arrondissement. The place, raw and modular, lends itself to demonstrations, tastings and major public conversations. The organizers announce more than 2,500 participants already planned, and are targeting restaurateurs, chefs, pastry chefs, sommeliers, wine merchants, caterers, grocers, producers, distributors and even consultants.
Guest chefs and spaces to taste the terroirs
For this first Parisian edition, the program features names that speak to the entire community. Hélène Darroze, Romain Meder, Tom Meyer, Blanche Loiseau, Nicolas Paciello, Maxime Frédéric, Jean and Roxane Sévègnes and Eloy Spinnler are among the personalities announced. Their presence illustrates the desire to combine large houses, creative bistros, contemporary pastries and a new committed guard.
The event is structured around several complementary spaces. On the Terroirs Stage there will be round tables, testimonials, culinary demonstrations, debates, battles, blind tastings and speaking competitions. The Expertise Laboratory will offer workshops in small groups to get concretely into the subjects: sourcing, kitchen organization, direct link with producers, impact of climate on taste or even reinvention of classics.
Program, 2026 Terroir Trophies and practical information
The Bien Manger and Bien Boire spaces will allow you to meet around 60 producers and artisans, with tasting counters to discuss products rather than in front of fixed stands. The Bien Faire space will bring together around fifteen companies and partners offering solutions for professionals. A Food Court, powered by member chefs and the products present at the show, will serve as a playground and gourmet networking. The 2026 Terroir Trophies will reward several exemplary initiatives, with a presentation planned during the event.
