Early September 2026: upcoming culinary events with Valentin Fouache and Jean-François Têtedoie

On September 11 and 12, chef Valentin Fouache, from David Toutain’s DUET restaurant in Bangkok, will be at Regent Bali Canggu with his contemporary French cuisine, very focused on nature and seasonality. On September 12, near Aix‑en‑Provence, Matthieu Dupuis‑Baumal launches the festival at Domaine de la Galinière with fifteen guest chefs and three formulas at 195, 350 or 595 euros per person.

On September 15, Lyon celebrates the 15th anniversary of La Scala Siciliana with a unique four-handed evening: Jean-François Têtedoie joins Anto Morreale for signature pizzas, bookable only by SMS with the restaurant. The same evening in Marseille, offers a six-course menu signed Ludovic Turac and Yoann Conte around blue lobster, for 295 euros per person.

End of September 2026: Bjorn Frantzén and four-handed dinners in the Mediterranean

Around September 23 and 24, Alain Ducasse welcomes Bjorn Frantzén to the restaurant Le Louis

On September 25, head to Cassis and Villa Madie for a four hands between Dimitri Droisneau and Christopher Coutanceau. The two chefs bring together their marine territories during a dinner designed for just one evening. Announced price: 395 euros per person, online reservation on the house’s website.

October 2026: Christophe Bacquié, Artémis Domaines and gastronomic journeys

On October 20, the Marcelle restaurant at Domaine de Verchant brings together Christophe Bacquié and Guillaume Cocault around an eight-course dinner. Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2004, Christophe Bacquié brought the Hotel and Spa du Castellet to three Michelin stars. Guillaume Cocault worked there for five years alongside him, a transfer that this four hands celebrates.

On October 22 and 24, we head to Mauritius and the Shangri‑La Le Touessrok, which is hosting Artémis Domaines for the first time. Two six-course dinners combine six great wines, including Grand Vin de Château Latour 2012 and Clos de Tart Grand Cru Monopole 2017, for 460 euros per person.
