At Place Vendôme, the Ritz Paris is preparing a highly anticipated event in the setting of its Espadon* restaurant. For a unique evening, two French gastronomy chefs will cook side by side, with four hands.

Espadon reopened in 2023 with the arrival of Eugénie Béziat and obtained its first MICHELIN Star in March 2024, just six months after opening. In three years, the table has established itself as a discreet benchmark for emotional cuisine.

On Friday October 23, 2026, from 7 p.m., a 4-handed dinner will bring together Anne-Sophie Pic and Eugénie Béziat to celebrate Espadon’s three years. In the room opening onto the Grand Jardin, at 15 place Vendôme, guests will discover a menu in eight sequences designed as a dialogue between their worlds.

This menu exists in three options: 333 euros excluding drinks, 633 euros with food and wine pairing, 983 euros with exceptional food and wine pairing. Chef Sommelier Florian Guilloteau will draw from the Ritz Paris cellar to accompany each sequence. Reservations are made online, for a limited number of seats.

Two chefs, two writings for a cuisine of emotion

A major figure in haute cuisine, Anne-Sophie Pic remains the most starred chef in the world, with writing focused on flavors and balance. About this meeting, she confides to Food and Sens.
