Yes. This is even one of its main advantages: it allows you to obtain a more uniform and luminous complexion without adding foundation. Concealer can simply be added topically when an imperfection requires more coverage.
Is the SPF 45 of BB cream enough as sun protection?
It does provide UV protection, but it all depends on the quantity applied. As we generally use little BB cream, sunscreen applied underneath is preferable in case of prolonged exposure.
